Our Mission is to run programs in transformational leadership which enable young people of all nationalities and backgrounds to discover their purpose, clarify their vision and develop the skills needed to make change happen for the benefit of their communities, nations and ultimately humanity itself.

Our history began... 

2002 (January) Lucca Leadership Trust was set up in the UK as a Global Charity

2003 (June) We ran our first leadership program in Lucca, Italy

2004 (July) Lucca Leadership Ireland was set up

2005 (April) Lucca Leadership Australia was set up

2006 (March) Lucca Leadership South Africa was set up

2007 (January) Lucca Leadership North America was set up

2009 (December) Lucca Leadership Macedonia was set up

2009 (December) Lucca Leadership Netherlands was set up
