32 Lucca Alumni will be taking their leadership skills to the next level through this intensive week-long Catalyst Leadership program this December.  Are you going to be one of them?

If you have attended a Leadership Foundations Programme in Australia, Italy, Ireland or anywhere in the world, you are now qualified and ready to be part of this training.

 

 

What is Catalyst?

 

Catalyst is the new combination course of Living Leadership and Coaches Training, incorporating the best of both and then some!

 

The fully catered residential course will be held at Wesley College, Sydney University and will cover the following:

 

1. Practical ways to develop your potential and draw more fully on inner resources.
2. Further forms of dialogue, looking at how to use dialogue for structured problem solving and enhancing creativity.
3. How to lead through speech / how to facilitate
4. Taking Personal Mastery even further by developing our Resilience to be a transformational leader.
5. How to build and develop a successful team.
6. Coaching and how to allow people to develop their full potential.

• Learn practical skills that are guaranteed to be extremely useful in your life and work

WOW!! All this in one course??  I’M IN!  What else do I need to know?

• Course Fees - $850, Student: $750 (This price excludes your travel costs to and from Sydney).  At these prices, we just cover the costs of the course.
• To secure your place, you will need to place a $100 deposit.
• At this time there are no bursaries for the program, BUT we have given you a full 6 months to put your leadership into action, and SAVE, FUNDRAISE or BEG for the cost of this course.  Your birthday present, an ocean swim, run a marathon, organize a fun event and charge entry, there are loads of ways you can find the funds to attend.  We will also put in place a system so that you can pay for the course in several EFT payments to make it more bite sized for you.

Lucca Leadership Australia (LLA) was set up in 2005 by a group of alumni who attended the leadership program in the UK and Lucca, Italy.  LLA is a by-youth, for-youth charity (CFN H8340) with an active community of volunteers and alumni.  Lucca Leadership Australia Inc. is a Registered Training Organisation ("RTO"). 

Lucca Leadership Australia delivers four qualifications under the RTO framework:

CHC10108 Certificate I in Work Preparation (Community services)
CHC10208 Certificate I in Active Volunteering
CHC20108 Certificate II in Community Services
CHC20208 Certificate II in Active Volunteering

The Lucca Leadership Australia Inc Scholarship Fund is a Deductable Gift Recipient, and donations to this fund are Tax Deductable.
