A BRIEF HISTORY

Lucca Leadership was founded in January, 2002 in response to the growing need in the world for more effective leadership. The aim was to develop a new generation of leaders, who could bring about lasting transformational change. The courses help people develop their sense of purpose, clarify their vision and grow the leadership skills needed to bring about lasting change in their communities.

Since 2003, over 6000 people from 60 different countries and from all walks of life have been trained with transformational leadership skills. Several participants from Australia, Ireland, South Africa, the Netherlands, Macedonia and North America were inspired by the program to start up independent but affiliated Lucca Leadership charities in their own countries.

Lucca Leadership is primarily a voluntary organisation with three full time employees and nearly 100 people around the world are now active volunteers for Lucca Leadership, many of whom joined the team as a result of their experience on our programs.
