As part of Lucca Leadership's vision programs are run to allow for a great variety of participants of all backgrounds to increase the diversity of the participants and thus enrich the experience. If you still wish to apply for the programs but are over the 30 year age limit contact us.
The other opportunity for people over 30 is in offering valuable mentoring support. After attending the Mentor Training program, mentors offer our leadership program graduates the valuable support they need to bring alive their community projects.
