Richard Cullen
 is the owner of Actonit Business Coaching, which operates a Business Coaching franchise from ActionCOACH. Over the last 4 years Richard has become one of the top performing Coach’s in Europe, helping small to medium size businesses get incredible results and thrive through the recession. Prior to starting his own business Richard worked for 20 years in Business Development roles within multi-national businesses like Cisco Systems and Jabil Global Services. Richard is married to Ruth and they have 2 teenage children, who inspire them everyday to be better leaders. 



Sarah Bird
 is an award-winning humanitarian, specialising in treating trauma and stress, extreme phobias and competition anxiety. She is also a globally recognised trainer, speaker and mentor, helping people to change their beliefs and realise their full potential. Working in the private, corporate and humanitarian fields, her clients include business owners, managers and peak performance athletes. Tony Bond
 is a self-employed career and performance consultant working with Thrive, an HR consulting firm in Ireland. A graduate of Aston University Business School, Tony has worked as an internal HR practitioner and external consultant over the last twenty years. He has lived and worked in over 5 countries and returned from Singapore to live in Ireland in 2000. He has been on an Advisory Panel through Social Entrepreneurs Ireland with Lucca Leadership for 2 years. Tony has been a non-executive Director of Down Syndrome Ireland and a founder member of the Wicklow Branch of that organisation.

 


Grattan Donnelly
 is a Director with Develop Potential. He completed a B.Comm in University College Dublin and subsequently lived in Taiwan for 8 years where he started his own importing and exporting business. Since 1998 Grattan has had his own ‘people development’ business, providing a range of services including group facilitation, executive and team coaching, leadership and management development. His current focus is on providing these services to the community and voluntary sector. He is a qualified Executive Coach and trainer and a Founding Council Member of the Association for Coaching Ireland, leading on Corporate social Responsibility. 

 


T
om Kenny is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and has an MSc in Management from Trinity College, Dublin. He worked for 14 years in practice with Deloitte & Touche in Dublin. He moved into industry in 1994 and since then has held senior management and board level positions in both privately owned and multi-national businesses operating in the international financial services industry. He is currently an executive director of Legal & General International (Ireland) Limited. He is also a qualified Life Coach and has continuing associations with not-for-profit organisations involved in community and personal development work.

Sam Lyons is the CEO of Lucca Leadership Ireland. Sam attended C.U.S. in Dublin and went on to study Media Production and Communications. He was first introduced to Lucca Leadership Ireland during one of the pioneering weekends in Ireland in 2004. He found that his personal ideals were mirrored in the organisation's belief that individuals really can work together for the betterment of humankind. Since 2004, Sam has attended week-long courses and decided to get involved in coaching. He spent the past few years coaching Lucca Leadership Ireland courses, in addition to providing IT support for all the global affiliates. Sam is passionate about technology, education, and helping young people realise their potential
