Our Vision

Lucca Leadership Ireland enables people of all nationalities and backgrounds to discover their purpose, clarify their vision and develop the skills needed to make change happen for the benefit of their communities, nations and ultimately humanity itself. Lucca Leadership Ireland does this by running transformational leadership programs.

Lucca Leadership is a global organisation, registered as a UK charity. The centre for our leadership development experiences is in Lucca, Italy, but affiliated Lucca Leadership charities also run courses in Ireland, Macedonia, the Netherlands, Australia, North America, the UK and South Africa.

Lucca Leadership Ireland is an independent organisation and is neither controlled by nor advocates any particular religious or political agenda. Rather than teaching people what to think and what to lead, we aim to teach people how to think effectively for themselves and how to lead projects that inspire them, in service of their community.
