Lucca Leadership Macedonia

Lucca Leadership runs courses in transformational leadership which enable young people of all nationalities and backgrounds to discover their purpose, clarify their vision and develop the skills needed to make change happen for the benefit of their communities, nations and ultimately humanity itself.

Lucca Leadership Macedonia is a registered NGO set up in 2009 by a group of young people and alumni who attended the leadership programs. We are part of a global organisation with affiliates in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Australia, North America , South Africa. and

Lucca Leadership Macedonia is an independent organisation and is neither controlled by nor advocates any particular religious or political agenda. Rather than teaching young people what to think and what to lead, we aim to teach young people how to think effectively for themselves and how to lead projects that inspire them, in service of their community.

Welcome from the CEO

"Living in a country that is going through a very long transitional period is a challenge for every young person. Living in a country with a struggling economy is an even bigger challenge. Because of living in conditions and surroundings like these, young people lose the awareness that we can make a positive change, we lose our self-confidence and motivation to make a difference. LL Macedonia has been set up in the knowledge that a new generation of leaders will come out stronger from this. Instead of being the silent spectators of the changing world, we will all contribute to this change, no matter what it is that we do. Believing that we are no different from the youth anywhere else in the world, we want to give young people in Macedonia the possibility to work on their personal leadership skills, so that we can form a strong chain of people that are creating a domino effect for a better future."
