Next programs:

What will I learn?

Day 1 on this program is about giving you an experience similar to the leadership program that the young participants attend. You will wokr in team on challenging team tasks whilst learning about frameworks in:

Decision making, self awareness, personal mastery, leadership styles, dialogue and great communication.

On day 2 you will be shown the skills of coaching and mentoring that are needed to help mentor our alumni.

Participation Criteria

Participants must be over 30. We accept Mentors from all backgrounds as we feel this brings diversity, experience and skills to support alumni
