Lucca Leadership North AmericaLucca Leadership North America runs courses in transformational leadership which enable young people of all nationalities and backgrounds to discover their purpose, clarify their vision and develop the skills needed to make change happen for the benefit of their communities, nations and ultimately humanity itself. Lucca Leadership North America is a registered charity (EIN) is 56-2672334 with 501(c) 3 status set up in 2007 by alumni that attended the leadership program in Italy. Lucca Leadership North America is part of a global organisation with affiliates in the UK, Australia, Ireland and South Africa. Lucca Leadership North America is an independent organisation. Rather than teaching young people what to think and what to lead, we aim to teach young people how to think effectively for themselves and how to lead projects that inspire them, in service of their community.
