A week-long programme in which you can learn how to unleash your potential through gaining a deep insight into your purpose in life, and learning the skill required to lead effectively for the good of all.

Introduction to Transformational Leadership (16 – 30 years old)

A weekend introductory course giving your first insights into what it takes to become a transformational leader who will make a real difference in your community.

Living Leadership Programme (Leadership Foundations programme alumni only)

A week long programme which takes the content of the Leadership Foundations programme to greater depth. You learn to use the skills and insights you gained on the Leadership Foundations programme on a daily basis, learning to live leadership. A greater amount of the content will be delivered by specialist lecturers.

Mentor Training (30+ years old)

A weekend introductory course which leaves you with an understanding of the role of a Lucca Leadership mentor and the skills necessary to help young leaders' develop as leaders and develop their communities.
