The Mentoring Network is a central aspect of the Lucca Leadership's development:
- Mentors support the learning of participants after the Leadership Foundations Programme through advice and inspiration
- The experience of the mentors offers a practical aide to the participants in the delivery of the projects
- It allows people over the age of 30 to be involved with Lucca Leadership by developing young leaders who can make the difference
The Mentor Training Programme gives a potential mentor the full training they need to fulfil this important role, covering the essential Lucca Leadership principles and frameworks along with some practical experience. Potential mentors are assessed during the weekend to ensure that they are ready to become Lucca Leadership mentors. Participants will be supported by the Mentor Study Pack which they will be asked to read before attending the programme.
