Lucca Leadership runs courses in transformational leadership which enable young people of all nationalities and backgrounds to discover their purpose, clarify their vision and develop the skills needed to make change happen for the benefit of their communities, nations and ultimately humanity itself.

Lucca Leadership Australia is a registered charity (CFN H8340) set up in 2005 by Australian alumni of the 2003 and 2004 Leadership Foundations Program run in Italy, who were inspired by the vision of Lucca Leadership and passionate about making transformational leadership training available in Australia.

We are part of a global organisation with affiliates in the UK, Ireland, North America and South Africa.

Lucca Leadership believes that real transformation happens when people see unity not division, and learn to co-operate rather than just to compete. Our courses make this ideal of finding unity practical by providing tools for increased levels of awareness, ethical decision making and dialogue, as well as developing the skills required to lead effective change.
