Who Benefits?

Lucca Leadership is a charity set up to help the whole of the world.  We believe that communities throughout the world can be bettered through good leadership and that this leadership can be offered by young people.  To help young people lead change for the benefit of their community, nation, humanity and the world, we want as many people to experience the transformational Lucca Leadership programmes.  See the alumni projects section to see how previous participants projects have helped their communities.

Our courses are open to everyone between the ages of 16 to 30.  We aim our programmes at young people from as many nations, backgrounds, religious and political standpoints as possible.  One of Lucca Leadership’s key foundations is to celebrate the natural diversity that exists between us all.  Our experience is that great things come from unexpected places..  You can come on a Leadership Foundations programme if:

• you are aged 16 to 30. If you are older than this and are interested in attending, please contact us (info@luccaleadership.org). You can also get involved as a mentor.
• you have the desire to make a positive difference in your community. You will need to demonstrate firm evidence of your commitment to the development of your own community, both through voluntary work that you have been involved with in the past and by detailing a project that you want to undertake in the future.

Lucca Leadership is not a commercial enterprise; it is a charity. All programme places are subsidised and bursaries are available to applicants in financial hardship. You can request a bursary when you apply.
